How can I change my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, such as adding or removing items, ordering something else, or canceling the order altogether, you can contact our customer support who will try to assist you. The time frame for making changes to your order may vary depending on the status of your order and on the vendor you are ordering from.
How can I change my shipping address?
To change your shipping address for an existing order, please contact our customer care team at 22284332. If your order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to change the shipping address.
Why didn’t I get a confirmation email for my order?
If you did not receive a confirmation email for your order, please check your spam or junk folder in case it was accidentally filtered. If you still cannot find the email, it might be because your order was not successfully placed. You can check your order history to confirm if the order went through and contact us at hello@shopvend.com or 22284332 for further assistance.
How can I manage my placed orders as a Vendor?
You can utilize VEND's dashboard to manage your orders and track their status.
You can also view order history, update shipping information, and communicate with customers directly through the dashboard.
What if an item is out of stock?
In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and provide options for a replacement or refund. Our vendors try their best to keep their inventory up-to-date but sometimes unexpected delays can occur due to high demand.
What if my order contains multiple items and only one is out of stock?
In cases where you have ordered multiple items and one of them is out of stock, you'll be eligible for a partial refund. For information on how to ask for a partial refund, please refer to our Returns and Refunds page.
