How do I file a complaint?
If you have any complaints about a product or transaction on VEND, please contact us at hello@shopvend.com with the details and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What happens after I file a complaint?
Upon receiving a complaint, our team will investigate the issue and contact the vendor if necessary. We may request more information from you to help with our investigation. Once we have all the relevant details, we will work towards finding a resolution that is fair for both parties involved.
